Clearwater, FL's second-largest office building, the Atrium at Clearwater, has sold to Wilder Corp. for $9.55 million, less than $71 per square foot. Lend Lease Real Estate Investments sold the property, which is located at 601 Cleveland St. downtown. The 9-story, 134,634-square-foot structure is second in size only to Tech Data's facility on Bay Vista Drive among Clearwater office buildings. It is currently 88% leased, with vacant space listed between $17.50 and $22 per square foot annually, full service. Tom Boltres of Carter & Associates ONCOR International represented the buyer, a Clearwater-based investor.
