Real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Henry de Teissier as a partner in its UK logistics and industrial team, starting at the end of this month.

De Teissier has spent the last six years working in JLL's Bristol team and will lead the South West logistics and industrial unit at his new employer, providing strategic advice to the firm’s investor and occupier clients across the region.

Cushman & Wakefield has also recruited Christopher Robinson as a partner to its UK logistics and industrial capital markets team, which is now numbers eight people.

Their appointments continue the firm’s strategic expansion in the UK logistics and industrial sector, following the acquisition of specialist industrial consultancy Burbage Realty Partners in 2022.

Richard Evans, head of UK logistics and industrial at Cushman & Wakefield, said in a statement: "[Henry's] impressive experience and exceptional regional market knowledge will be a real asset to the business and allow us to provide even greater value to our clients across the region."
