Douglas Square LLC purchased the 26,296-square-foot retail center at 650 Douglas Drive in Oceanside, CA, from Sonic Investments. The center sold for $3.15 million, approximately $120 per square foot. Tenants of Douglas Square include a Texaco station (not included in square footage), Mail 'N Stuff, a nail salon, cleaners, florist, donut shop, and Domino's Pizza. The center sold at a 9 percent cap rate with 7,000 square feet vacant at the time of sale. Kevin McNamara, managing director for Douglas Square LLC, stated that the new owners plan to remodel the center. McNamara handled negotiations for Douglas Square LLC.
