Robotics Company Moves to New Address

The Snair Company, a manufacturer of robotic equipment, sold one property and purchased another. Snair sold its industrial facility at 3649 Parkway Lane in Hilliard, Ohio to the Laserflex Corporation for $1.5 million. 3649 Parkway Lane is a 51,462-square-foot industrial building that sits on 8 acres (348,480 s.f.) of land and has 2 drive-ins and 1 loading dock. Greg Frey of ROI Realty Services represented Laserflex. The Snair Company in turn used an I.R.C. Section 1031 Like Kind Exchange to purchase 8163 Business Way in Plain City, Ohio for $1.105 million. 8163 Business Way is a 22,000-square-foot industrial facility that sits on 1.98 acres (86,248 s.f.) of land and has 1 drive-in, 2 levelators and 2 docks. Rod Thorson of the Thorson Company represented the seller, Thorco Development.
