NeoRX Signs Lease For 20,764 SF

NeoRx, a firm engaged in the development of biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer, leased 20,764 square feet of office space at the Elliot Bay Office Park. The 250,000-square-foot office building is located at 300 Elliot Ave W. in Seattle. The lease commences in June for 5 years and the tenant will occupy the 5th floor. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Doug Hanafin of Washington Partners Corp. represented NeoRx. The owner, Martin Selig Real Estate, was represented in-house by Theresa Groff and Mike Brixner.
