NeoRx, a firm engaged in the development of biopharmaceuticals for the treatment of cancer, leased 20,764 square feet of office space at the Elliot Bay Office Park. The 250,000-square-foot office building is located at 300 Elliot Ave W. in Seattle. The lease commences in June for 5 years and the tenant will occupy the 5th floor. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Doug Hanafin of Washington Partners Corp. represented NeoRx.
