San Diego apartment rents slip again in August, but renters are still feeling the squeeze

San Diego’s apartment rental market continued its slow slide in August, with average rents dipping 0.1% to $2,533. It was the third consecutive month of average rent declines, but the drop was too small to offer meaningful relief to renters.
