Investment Firm Based Near Philadelphia Acquires 332-Unit Greenwich Place

Paradise Management, a full service investment firm headquartered near Philadelphia, purchased a 332-unit apartment building in Owings Mills, Maryland, from PGIM Real Estate. Greenwich Place sold for $88.5 million, or about $267,000 per unit.
