Law Firm Expands at NBC Tower

Brinks Hofer Gilson & Lione, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in the U.S., expanded its lease at the NBC Tower in the North Michigan Avenue area of downtown Chicago. The firm signed a long-term lease for an additional 18,442 square feet on the 32nd floor of the 850,000-square-foot, Class A office building at 455 Cityfront Plaza Drive. Gary Kostecki and Jeff Samaras of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Sunbelt Associations. John Ziesmer, Lisa Davidson and David Gelfand of Julien J. Studley Inc. represented the tenant.
