Weissman Nowack Lands at 1 Alliance

Weissman, Nowack, Curry & Wilco subleased space from S1 Corp. at One Alliance Center. This 559,620-square-foot facility at 3500 Lenox Road in Upper Buckhead will house the main office for this local law firm on the third and fourth floors. Weissman leased 50,490 square feet, but will not be moving from its current headquarters at Two Midtown Plaza until Jan 2003. The lease term will run for eight years and eight months.
