Property firm AM Sci Tech has hired Jenn Foster as commercial lettings manager, expanding its lettings and management team at Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks.
The firm said Foster brings a "vast array of experience and knowledge from the oil and gas and property sectors", with Aberdeen playing host to numerous energy and fuel companies working in the nearby North Sea.
Foster previously worked in logistics and account management for CSL, part of DOF Subsea, and for the last five years worked with Barratt and David Wilson Homes. She was a senior sales adviser based around Aberdeen and the north east while at Barratt.
AM Sci Tech said that Foster's role with the company will involve marketing the parks in Bridge of Don, in partnership with the parks management team and agents, Ryden and Knight Frank.
Aberdeen Energy and Innovation Parks estates manager, Cherry Paton said in a statement: "It is great to have Jenn on board. She is a natural people person, who will bring energy and enthusiasm to the role. She will help drive forward marketing of the parks, bringing a fresh perspective and objective view.
"She will sign up occupiers and continue to attract businesses to locate here. We are encouraged with the level of enquiries we have, which highlights the continued demand for the type of space that we offer."
