Two Discovery Welcomes Microsoft

Computer Giant Leases 50,000 SF in Reston, VA

Microsoft is entering Northern Virginia's Dulles Technology Corridor with a 50,000-square-foot lease at Two Discovery Square. The under construction 185,222-square-foot office building in Reston Town Center is being developed by Terrabrook and Boston Properties. Microsoft will occupy the lower four levels of the 9-story building upon its completion in May. Laurent Myers, corporate managing director of Julien J. Studley Inc.'s Washington, D.C. office, represented Microsoft in the lease transaction. Joseph Ritchey of Prospective Inc., represented the ownership.
