G&V Properties, a division of Castle Importing Co., purchased a 68,500-square-foot industrial facility at 14550 Miller Ave. in Fontana, CA. Total consideration for the owner/user deal was valued at $2.96 million or $43.21 per square foot. G&V is expected to occupy the building by July, once it vacates its current facility in Ontario. The company will use 45,000 square feet of the building as a cheese processing plant and plans to lease out the remaining 23,500 square feet.
