Concentra Health Services Moves into Playboy's Extra Suite

Concentra Health Services negotiated a deal with Playboy Enterprises to take over Playboy's space at 730 Fifth Ave. Concentra Health Services will now occupy part of the 4th floor, totaling 9,312 square feet. Equis Corp. represented Concentra in the deal, and Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Robert Sena, Paul Glickman, and A. Mitti Liebersohn negotiated for Playboy Enterprises. Concentra Health Services is a health services company that takes a comprehensive approach to reducing the cost of occupational health care. Playboy Enterprises is an international multimedia entertainment company that publishes Playboy Magazine, operates Playboy and Spice television networks, and distributes home video and DVD entertainment and a range of consumer products. 730 Fifth Ave. is a 26-story Class-A office building. It is 90% leased with major tenants including Bulgari Jewelers and Fred Moheban Rug Gallery.
