The UK commercial property sector is entering a decisive decade. Since April 2023, landlords have been prohibited from letting properties with an Energy Performance Certificate rating of F or G under the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards. From April 2027, the minimum rises to C, and by 2030, it will be B.
