Archstone-Smith Operating Trust signed a 6-year deal for 59,454 square feet of office space at 9200 East Panorama Circle in Englewood, CO. The space is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the 4-story, 137,953-square-foot, Class-A office building. Also known as Panorama Corporate Center V, the building is the fourth of a planned ten buildings at the Panorama Corporate Center. Archstone, which already occupies space at Panorama Corporate Center I and II, will occupy its new space in April. Panorama V, which is now fully leased, was chosen in part because of its location, according to Dana K. Hamilton, executive vice president, Archstone-Smith. "One of our goals was to keep commute times manageable," Hamilton said. "Panorama V's proximity to main transportation corridors ensures our associates have reasonable commute times whether they are coming from the city or the suburbs." The property is also located at the intersection of I-25 and Dry Creek Road, which will be a primary stop for the T-REX transit system when completed. Nathan Johnson and Peter Staab of Frederick Ross Co./ ONCOR International represented the landlord, CarrAmerica Realty Corp.
