The Orlando office of Cushman & Wakefield walked away with 11 awards on Saturday's 7th annual Hallmark Awards hosted by Central Florida Commercial Real Estate Society. Bob Barkett and Marjory Johnson are winners of the Circle of Achievement award, which recognizes Central Florida's commercial members who have successfully produced over 1 million dollars in gross volume. Susan Ruby and Michael T. Davis led the Top Five in Industrial Sales award with Davis bringing in a gross of $20,279,360. Rick Solik and Stephen Coughlin were in the Top Five for Office and Scott Corbin was named third in retail. Half of the Top 10 Producers were from Cushman & Wakefield, with two being from the Apartment Group, a Cushman & Wakefield company. The Apartment Group took the majority of awards in the Top Five Investment Sales with Jay Ballard, Hal Warren and Cole Whitaker named winners. Larry Richey, Senior Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield accepted the award for the Firm of the Year. Firm of the Year recognizes the firm that has an overall participation and commitment to the society and community. Members of the firm must consistently support and participate in all areas of the Society. "It is particularly gratifying to have the firm recognized as the 'Firm of the Year'," said Richey. "We are proud each year to have been professionally noticed in the Top Five or Top Ten overall," he continued. Richey also said "with the acquisition of the Apartment Group, the joining of Cole Whitaker, Hal Warren and Jay Ballard has made a big difference in investment brokerage. We are one big happy family."
