590 Townsend St. has sold for $1.3 million, $100 per square foot. Dr. Ping-Qi Kang and Yu-Juan Liang purchased the 2-story, 13,000-square-foot industrial building located in San Francisco's lower south of market area. The new owners plan on using the building, which features 30' ceilings and over 2,000 square feet of parking, for the sale and distribution of medicinal herbs and other holistic tools for treatment including acupuncture and acupressure.
