Moving in Solomon Pond Park

Media 100 Inc. signed a 46,000-square-foot office lease with BGI Holdings at 450 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. in Marlborough, MA. The corporation, specializing in digital media design and delivery, will move-in in June and occupy the majority of the 60,000-square-foot building. The firm's relocation will leave 53,000 square feet available on the 1st and 2nd floors of 290 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. Media 100 signed on for the space in a direct deal with the owner, BGI Holdings, on January 8. Staying within the Solomon Pond Office Park, the corporation will maintain its select location at the interchange of I-495 and I-290, and the highway visibility it offers. BGI Holdings and Media 100 Inc. represented themselves in the deal.
