AEW Capital Management has sold 2310 and 2330 Broening Highway in Baltimore's Point Breeze Business Center to the Maryland Transportation Authority (MTA) for $3.15 million. The $51 per square foot sale was handled by Peter Stanford, J. Richard Latini and Phillip Eichelhart of Colliers Pinkard on behalf of AEW. The MTA, which represented itself, will continue to run 2310 Broening as a maritime-based office center, and will be taking the remaining space in the building for its own use. The Maryland Port Administration will also assist in the management of the 62,000-square-foot facility. The available 7,600-square-foot flex space at 2330 Broening will continue to be marketed by Peter Stanford.
