JLS Realty Colonizes Miamisburg

8470 Towson Blvd, a 245-unit apartment complex near the I-75/I-675 split in Miamisburg, OH has sold to a growing Cincinnati-based investment and property management company, JLS Realty Management, for $8.4 million. Connor & Murphy Ltd. of Dayton sold the property, which is referred to locally as the Colony by the Mall. Connor & Murphy, a Dayton Top 100 company based on sales volume, holds more than 4,500 apartment units throughout Southern Ohio, Indianapolis, and Louisville. The firm's focus is on acquiring promising apartment complexes, making improvements, and then selling them. JLS's acquisition in Miamisburg will expand its portfolio of residential properties to a total of 759 units with other holdings located in Cincinnati, Middletown, and Colerain Township. The company will manage the Colony by the Mall, as they do with all of their other residential communities. Corson & Associates of Dallas represented the buyer, JLS Realty Management. Connor & Murphy represented itself in the deal.
