Vanco Energizes Greenway

Energy Company to Occupy Space in Greenway Plaza

Vanco Energy Co. has decided to move some of its operations to the 3 Greenway Plaza building in Houston. The company will occupy 22,390 square feet on the 12th floor. Vanco Energy is a privately company that is engaged in international oil and gas exploration and operations. Although Vanco is headquartered in the United States, the company’s activities take place completely offshore outside of the U.S. Greenway Plaza is a large mixed-use development located in downtown Houston. This development includes office towers, a luxury hotel, a sports arena, a private tennis and health club, apartment towers and an underground retail shopping center. 3 Greenway Plaza is newly renovated and offers features such as barrel vault ceilings, marble walls and columns and 8 state-of-the-art elevators. On site management, 24-hour card key access and banking are just a few of the amenities. Warren Savery and Randolph Strait of building owner Crescent Real Estate Equities Ltd. represented the landlord. Robert S. Parsley of Colliers International represented Vanco Energy.
