Kinko's Inc., the world's leading provider of document solutions and business services, has signed a lease for 109,234 square feet of office space at Three Galleria Tower, 13155 Noel Road in Dallas as its new headquarters. The retailer will occupy the entire 16th-17th and 20th-22nd floors of the 26-story building. The 513,533-square-foot Class-A office property features a bell tower profile, a prominent location at the the intersection of LBJ Freeway and the Dallas North Tollway, on-site security, and advanced building systems. Kinko's, which will begin relocating from Ventura, CA in February, chose Dallas because of its centralized location, favorable business environment, lower total cost of doing business, competitive tax structure, and decreased travel costs and time. Kinko's will transition most functions of the Kinko's Field Support Organization from its 255 West Stanley Ave. in Ventura to the new location over the next year to two years. Kinko's Ventura facility will continue to house the company's technology and accounting departments for the foreseeable future. Building owner TrizecHahn Office Properties was represented in-house by DeDe Willis. Jeff Ellerman, Lance Mcllhenny, and Bob Hagewood of The Staubach Co. represented Kinko's in the lease transaction.
