Bargain Basement Finds a Bargain

15K SF Leased in Southeast San Francisco

The 15,000-square-foot property located at 566 Minnesota St. in San Francisco has been leased to Bargain Basement, a leader in online auctions, free classified ad listings and an online flea market. The industrial building, which is situated in the city's Mission Bay /China Basin area, was built in 1970 and features 18' high ceilings, dock and grade-level loading, and excellent access to Highway 280. Bargain Basement signed a 5-year direct deal at $8.40 per square foot annually, industrial gross. Tom Martindale of TRI Commercial ONCOR International in San Francisco represented the landlords, Ed & George Conner. Chris Harney and Joe Harney of HC&M Commercial Properties Inc. represented Bargain Basement in the transaction.
