Former JLL property management expert picks up director role at Form

Form Property, the property management business, has hired Jack Pinkney as director of property management.

Pinkney, who previously oversaw residential and commercial mixed-use developments at Native Communities, will handle the wider property management function as well as focusing on the growth of its portfolio, particularly in Manchester.

He has experience managing large institutional funds and high-net-worth clients during his 10-year stint at JLL, with projects including 70 St Mary Axe and 40 Berkeley Square in London.

Form managing director Rob Yates said in a statement: "We’re bringing Jack into the team at a crucial time of growth for the business, as we prepare to expand our portfolio and maximise on the delivery of our three sub-businesses.

Form has £1 billion of real estate under its management across Manchester, Leeds, and Sheffield with its portfolio including, No1 Spinningfields, Manchester Goods Yard, Bonded Warehouse and ABC Building.
