Hani & Nidhal Garmo (d.b.a. Alpine Twisters Inc.) purchased the retail property located at 1435-1437 East Main St. in El Cajon, CA. The 24,373-square-foot retail project was purchased for approximately $2.11 million, nearly $87 per square foot. The buyer will be using the property as an Alpine Twisters store. The sale also included the car wash facility located at 1437 East Main, which sits on approximately 1.34 acres. Hani & Nidhal Garmo had no broker representation.
