In an investment sale, The Bristol Group has purchased 50-52 Fadem Road in Springfield, NJ from Green Fund Realty. The Bristol Group is a real estate investment firm that focuses on commercial investment properties. The purchase price was $10.155 million, approximately $49 per square foot. 50-52 Fadem is a 206,000-square-foot industrial property which is currently fully leased. Adam Silver, Douglas Bansbach and William Cariste of Newmark JGT of New Jersey represented the seller, Green Fund Realty. Jason Crimmins and Peter Murano of Blau & Berg Co. represented The Bristol Group. Blau & Berg Co. has been retained as the prime leasing company and property management company.
