Alcoa Inc. will serve as the anchor tenant in a new office building to be constructed at 30 Isabella St. on Pittsburgh's North Shore. The development of the Alcoa Business Services Center is another project solidifying the North Shore as a thriving economic area. With the completion of 228,000 square feet of office and retail space slated for January 2003, Pittsburgh's North Shore development is in full swing. Alcoa, a major aluminum supplier, will have the top 3 floors of the 6-story office building with an option on the 3rd floor.
