Local Developer Acquires 3900 East Mexico Ave. for $15.878 Million

Integrated Properties Inc., a Denver-based developer, purchased the 15-story, 164,685-square-foot office building at 3900 East Mexico Ave. in Denver. The purchase price was $15.878 million, or $96.41 per square foot. Known as Denver Centerpoint I, this building was built in 1982. It features 4 passenger elevators, 1 freight elevator, conferencing facilities, food service, covered and surface parking, and a 1.79-acre lot. Alliance Realty Group Inc. is providing on-site property management. The buyer was represented in-house by Keith Redmond and Ed Schiel. Timothy Richey and Michael Winn of Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc. represented the seller, Legacy Partners Commercial Inc.
