JDN Realty Expands Management Team

REIT Appoints Senior VP, Promotes Executive VP

JDN Realty Corp. has appointed John R. Lambert to its management team as senior vice president and director of asset management. An experienced asset manager with 19 years of asset management and real estate experience, Lambert is responsible for the company's operating portfolio of 102 shopping center properties, which contain 11.1 million square feet of leasable area. He will oversee JDN's asset management, property management, and leasing functions. Lambert joins the company from Regency Centers where he served as senior vice president of property operations, responsible for approximately 26 million square feet of retail shopping centers located across the U.S. Prior to joining Regency Centers in 1993, he was director of leasing and management for Lewis Property Investors Inc. JDN Realty has also promoted Andrew Rothfeder to the position of executive vice president of JDN Development Co. Inc. Rothfeder, in his 10 years with JDN, has assumed increasing responsibilities with the company, most recently serving as senior vice president, director of asset management. In his current capacity, Rothfeder will be managing the company's redevelopment program as well as being a member of JDN's strategic management team. Rothfeder received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1999.
