Plastics Company Renews Lease in Dayton

Laird Plastics has renewed its lease of a 22,000-square-foot industrial facility at 2046-2066 Valley St. in Dayton, OH for 3 years. Based out of West Palm Beach, FL, the company is the third largest distributor of plastics worldwide. This Dayton location is one of more than 60 Laird warehousing and distribution centers across the United States and Canada. Laird offers consumers a wide variety of industrial plastic products, including tubes, rods, sheets, and films. They are also involved in assembly and fabrication of coated plastics and windows used in buses, trains, and plastic displays. Laird Plastics is a subsidiary of the Laird Group, which is traded on the London Stock Exchange, and has been operating for 50 years. Bruce Lucius of Frydman & Associates Realtors represented both the tenant and his firm as the landlord in the deal.
