Billionaire rapper Jay-Z’s entertainment company, Roc Nation, has joined SL Green Realty, Manhattan’s largest office landlord, and Caesars Entertainment, the biggest U.S. casino-entertainment firm, in a bid for a gaming license in the tourist and entertainment mecca of Times Square.
