Stratify Moves Corporate Headquarters

Stratify Inc. has relocated to new, expanded corporate headquarters. Despite the current economic downturn, Stratify is one of the few high technology companies that has continued to build momentum and achieve major milestones during the past year. The new Stratify headquarters occupies 18,320 square feet and is located at 501 Ellis St., Mountain View, CA. "Our new corporate headquarters represents another milestone for Stratify and gives us the space we need to grow our business and train our customers and partners," said Nimish Mehta, Stratify's president and CEO. "Stratify is on a roll and on track to continue our upward climb," said Mehta. The sublease deal is for a term of 18 months and has options to extend. The lease rate was undisclosed and according to Kristoph Lodge it "is to remain private." However, the asking rate for the space was in the mid $20's fully serviced as recently as a month ago.
