Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP, a full service property law firm, has renewed its lease at 745 Fifth Ave. The company will continue to occupy the building's 10th and 11th floors, for a total of 40,023 square feet. Don Direnzo, Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield Inc. represented the firm, while Alane Berkowitz is the exclusive agent for the landlord, RREEF Management Co. Situated in the heart of the Plaza District at the corner of Fifth and 58th, 745 Fifth has been a prominent Manhattan address for more than 70 years. The building underwent $40 million redevelopment in 1989 to add new technology to the building systems, creating state-of-the-art capabilities. The property is currently 95% leased to roster tenants such as Bergdorf Goodman, J Records and Jonathan Woodner Co.
