RepliGen Expands into Waltham

Biopharmaceutical Company Relocates From Needham

RepliGen has signed a 10-year lease to occupy 30,000 square feet of flex space at 20 Seyon St. in Waltham, MA. Known as i Park, the complex consists of 3 flex buildings totaling approximately 830,000 square feet. The building is a first-class telecommunications and Internet facility with half the building built-out as office space and half used for R&D. RepliGen specializes in the development of products for the treatment of autism, organ transplant and cancer. It is currently located at 117 Fourth Ave. in Needham and plans to join neighboring tenant Simpson, Gumpertz & Heger in April. Stephen Murphy of Insignia/ESG brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Saracen Development.
