Gateway HQ Added to REIT Portfolio

14303 Danielson Sold for $15.4 Million

Lexington Realty Advisors Inc. added to its portfolio by purchasing the Gateway Computers headquarters building, located at 14303 Danielson St. in Poway, for $15.4 million, approximately $113 per square foot. Lexington Realty Advisors is an affiliate of Lexington Corporate Properties Trust, a real estate investment trust that owns and manages office, industrial and retail properties net-leased to major corporations throughout the United States. The Gateway headquarters is a 135,755-square-foot flex building with truck loading access and heavy power. Mike Philbin, Phil Monroe, and Mickey Morera of Burnham Real Estate Services represented the seller, McMillin Cos. Lexington represented itself in-house.
