Flexible workspace provider InfinitSpace has entered into a management agreement with Valeo Capital to open its fourth, and biggest, flexible workspace location, comprising 103,000 square feet in central London, CoStar News can reveal.
InfinitSpace creates and operates flexible workspaces on behalf of commercial landlords. The latest location is on Gray’s Inn Road, 100 metres from Chancery Lane Underground station, and opens in August 2025.
The workspace will operate under InfinitSpace’s "beyond" brand. beyond Fox Court follows beyond Aldgate Tower (Aldgate East), beyond Kingsbourne House (Holborn) and beyond The Bower (Old Street).
Beyond Fox Court will comprise 103,000 square feet across nine floors and will undergo a refurbishment to offer 1,700 workstations and amenities, meeting rooms and communal spaces, alongside an outdoor garden.
It is the operator’s 10th flexible workspace location worldwide, with eight spaces in Europe (four in London, three in Amsterdam and one in Berlin), and two in the United Arab Emirates.
InfinitSpace said the space would have "cutting-edge technology", including Beyond’s workspace app, which connects beyond Fox Court members with others across Beyond’s global network. Under the management agreement, InfinitSpace is responsible for marketing the space, managing new memberships, and overseeing the site’s ongoing operation.
Wybo Wijnbergen, chief executive and co-founder of InfinitSpace, said: “The opening of our tenth, and largest, workspace is another incredibly exciting moment for everyone at InfinitSpace, and we are delighted to be partnering with Valeo Capital to launch beyond Fox Court. Running a location of this size is a testament to our management model and highlights the trust landlords have in us to deliver a world-class flex offering.
“Demand for flex spaces continues to rise, and landlords want to meet that demand without losing control of their asset. By working with a white-label provider like InfinitSpace, landlords do exactly that. As with all of our locations, we look forward to operating and delivering another premium workspace that enables our members to achieve amazing things, collaborate with fellow change-makers, and benefit from being part of our thriving community.”
Flexible workspace provider InfinitSpace was co-founded by former WeWork managing director Wybo Wijnbergen with his brother Wilco in 2022 and is headquartered in Amsterdam. It has taken on some of the space previously occupied by US coworking group WeWork and handed back to landlords.
