Clockwise, the flexible workspace provider, has recruited Nick Iggulden as chief financial officer.

The firm described Iggulden as a "driven and results-oriented finance professional", who brings more than 16 years' experience across the financial services sector, including over five years as CFO at ETX Capital and GC Partners.

"Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record in financial leadership and delivering sustainable business performance," the company said in its announcement.

The firm added that the recruit's expertise in building financial frameworks and guiding organisations through periods of growth would be "instrumental" as it continues to increase its operations across the UK and Europe.

The move follows the recent appointments of Adam MacLeod as chief executive and Greg Miley as chief commercial officer.

Iggulden said in a statement: "I am delighted to be joining Clockwise at such a pivotal time in its growth journey. The business has built a strong foundation and an incredible reputation in the flexible workspace sector, and I’m excited to help drive the next phase of expansion.

"The recent leadership appointments demonstrate a clear commitment to investing in the future and I’m eager to support innovation and be a part of driving continued growth for Clockwise in this period."
