Neiman Marcus, the first department store chain to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection because of the pandemic, has fought off for now a demand in court to let its unsecured creditors present a rival restructuring plan that could upset the high-end retailer's strategy to emerge from bankruptcy in the fall.
