Long Harbour has bought the commercial freeholds of two Dutch holiday parks operated by Landal GreenParks. The latest acquisition is the first in the Netherlands and takes the Long Harbour European Secured Income Fund I (LHESIF I) from around €60 million invested to more than €100 million.
