UK chartered surveyor and property consultant Graham and Sibbald has expanded its team in the South West with the recruitment of an associate.
Emily Bullock joins from GJS Dillon Commercial Property Consultants to provide asset services and will work across the firm's offices in Bristol and Swindon.
Bullock has 13 years of property industry experience, starting her career in residential property management in London, before making the move to asset services.
She spent the majority of her working life at Rendall and Rittner, where she was employed for 11 years before leaving in July 2022, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Her experience covers mixed-use developments, industrial, office and small retail, and she is working on her submission for the Senior Professional Assessment to achieve RICS Chartered status.
Bullock will work in the team headed up by regional director John Gardner, helping clients across the South West to minimise liabilities and maximise value.
In March, Graham and Sibbald added Adam Fotheringham as a director in its petroleum and roadside team in London. He joined the firm after more than a decade working at CBRE.
