Investor Adds 118-Unit Bechir Apartments to Growing Portfolio

An affiliate of Los Angeles-based property investment firm Hill Street Realty acquired the 118-unit Bechir Apartments at 6322 Reseda Blvd. in Tarzana, California, for $27.1 million, or about $230,000 per unit, from Bechirian Investments.
