Vancouver’s residential condo market is experiencing one of its most challenging periods. According to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp., or CMHC, over 2,500 completed and unsold condominium units are available across metropolitan Vancouver. It is the highest level since the start of the millennium, although not yet the highest level in history.
