The Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing for the City of Cambridge in Ontario issued a Minister’s Zoning Order lifting the retail-only restriction for SmartCentres Real Estate Investment Trust's shopping centre at 22 Pinebush Road in the Waterloo County area.
