Crown Packaging purchased a corrugated packaging plant at 3300 Viking Way in Richmond, British Columbia, for $65.5 million from Canadian packaging and paper products firm Cascades. The sale included the real estate, which traded for $43 million, along with working capital adjustments and the assumption of certain liabilities.
