More than 60% (about 800,000 sq ft of the market’s roughly 1.3m sq ft) of flexible office space in the Birmingham market – defined as the West Midlands County minus Coventry – is concentrated in the city’s CBD. The CBD comprises the City Core, Brindleyplace, Jewellery Quarter, Edgbaston, Gun Quarter, Eastside and New Street Station submarkets.
