It is in Ireland that Corum signed its biggest transaction during H1 2025. In Dublin, exactly. On behalf of its SCPI Corum Origin, whose capitalization was €3.51 billion on 30 June last year, the management company chaired by Frédéric Puzin Acquired theInfinity Building, in the heart of the judicial district, for €45.5 million, representing a return of 8.6%. With
an area of 11,772 m², this office building, built in 2008, accommodates three tenants: the OPW, a state body in charge of public heritage, present since the beginning, which occupies 88% of the area and which has renewed its lease for 10 years. The Law Society of Ireland, a central player in the legal profession, is also located there, as is Gala Smithfield, a local convenience store open 7 days a week.
Another major acquisition signed by Corum Origin: Edificio L (11,200 m²), occupied by world-renowned tenants such as Pfizer, Siram (Veolia), NXP Semiconductors and Niterra, in Lorenteggio, near Milan. The group spent €39.6 million (return of 7.8%) for this building.
“The slight recovery in the real estate market opens up prospects for the sale of buildings”, indicates the management company, which was famous for the sale of all Viale Europa 2, located in Stezzano, for an amount of €73 million, whereas it signed this 33,826 m² asset at the end of 2016 for an amount of €63.8 million in hand.
“There are also a lot of buying opportunities, including in countries and on types of buildings that are more fashionable than others”, she adds, while specifying: “This is all the more true since the return of competition mainly concerns buildings worth less than €30 million. On larger buildings, where few other SCPIs can position themselves, there are still plenty of good deals.” Proof of this is: the purchase of Martinez Tower, in Almere, in the Netherlands, for €42.3 million.
In total, during H1 2025, Corum signed eight acquisitions, detailed on our interactive map, for a single sale. Over the past three years, it has invested €3.1 billion (€1.08 billion for Origin, €1.06 billion for Eurion, €937 million for XL and €50 million for USA). Over the past ten years, it has achieved €558 million in sales, for €100 million in added value.
