UK chartered surveyors and property consultants Graham and Sibbald has recruited Emma Kibble as a director in its St Albans and London office.
Kibble, an industrial agency specialist, joins from LSH where she worked in its Milton Keynes office and ran the day-to-day lettings of its industrial stock, predominantly along the M1.
She spent more than five and a half years at the business, according to her LinkedIn profile, and worked with major clients such as Evri, Warehouse REIT, Nuveen and Bright Bay.
Kibble has also worked at Aitchison Raffety, rejoining the team, which is now under the Graham and Sibbald brand, to expand the national industrial agency team across the UK.
The firm said she will focus on industrial agency across Home Counties and the M1 as well as assisting with the wider strategy.

The property consultancy has 26 offices from London to Inverness, more than 400 staff and 20 different service lines. It acquired Aitchison Raffety in September financed through a private equity deal with global investment manager Foresight Group.
