As the Federal Reserve continues to fight the current level of inflation, employment data remains front and center. Across a few of the tertiary and secondary markets in North Carolina, such as Winston-Salem, Wilmington and Greensboro-High Point, new data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows that total nonfarm employment is beginning to pick back up after a period of stagnation in 2022.
