Eurozone headline inflation fell again in June to 5.3% from 5.5% a month earlier, which was bang in line with market consensus. A slight disappointment was core inflation, which flatlined at 5.5%. The eurozone economy grew by 0.3% in the second quarter increasing the chance of a soft landing.
