There has been an increase in larger deals across the South East office market, with the final quarter of 2025 seeing a 15% rise in take-up in the 20,000 to 29,999-square-foot bracket and deals of 30,000–39,999 square foot reported at 67% above the five-year average for the full year, reports Savills.
